Global Supply Chain Risk Tool (NDA)

During the peak of COVID lockdowns, one of the world’s most recognized brands needed a smarter way to stay ahead of risk. We helped design an internal platform that visualizes, predicts, and mitigates disruptions across their vast global supply chain: from raw material sourcing to final product shipment.

Task

Create a dynamic tool to monitor and assess operational risks in real-time—factoring in everything from weather events and pandemics to political instability and logistics breakdowns.
