As environmental regulations tighten and supply chains grow more complex, Target needed a robust system to track, manage, and report sustainability compliance across its global vendor network. We partnered to design a centralized SaaS platform that empowered internal teams and suppliers alike to stay aligned, reduce risk, and meet evolving ESG goals.
Task
Build a scalable platform that simplifies sustainability compliance tracking across thousands of suppliers, turning fragmented data and manual workflows into clear, actionable insight.
